En redémarrant le PC une seconde foi, ça marche.
En parcourant le net, je trouve une réponse de quelqu'un qui a arrêté sa connexion wifi puis l'a relancé. Chez moi le PC est en ethernet. J'ai tenté la solution avec le bluetooth.

Si je retire ma clé bluetooth puis la rebranche, Là; j'ai bien une détection et le bluetooth refonctionne.
Je vois bien que le bluetooth fonctionne de façon boiteuse. Il suffit d'essayer de changer de récepteur pour s'en apercevoir.
PC= emetteur; Enceintes = récepteurs.
Je n'ai pas de solution, mais en exposant le problème, j'espère que ça servira à quelqu'un.

Vu le plantage j'ai arrêté le service puis l'ai redémarré. Rien ne change.
