problème connection réseau eth

j'ai un souci mais qui n'est peut-être pas directement lié à Mageia. ça m'est arrivé alors que j'étais encore sous magéia2
au démarage je n'ai pas de connexion réseau (filaire sur mon desktop) je fais un redémarage (reboot) et j'ai la connexion.
au démarage si je fais

il ne trouve rien
après reboot

qulque soit le nombre de redémarage ma carte est reconnue et j'ai la connexion.
si je fait un arrêt (arrêter l'ordinateur)
et que je démarre quelques temps après ou pratiquement de suite je n'ai pas de connexion ma carte n'est pas trouvé.
je pensais avoir plusieurs session mais dans les deux cas j'ai

journalctl | egrep -i 'eth|wlan'
modifié en
journalctl | egrep -i eth
depuis le début juillet, ou j'ai installé magéia3 je retrouve les mêmes séquences à la fermeture et à l'ouverture de l'ordi
j'ai coupé un peu mais c'est quand même trés long, les indications en majuscules sont pour facilité la lecture
si ça peut dire quelque chose à quelqu'un pour que j'avance
