Je viens de mettre à jour le PC de ma femme car je trouvais cauldron plus stable qu'il y a un certains temps.
Le kernel 3.3.0-desktop-0.rc7.1.mga2 donne rapidement un kernel panic : il ne peux pas accéder au répertoire / !
En rebootant sur le 3.2.2-desktop-1.mga2, ça marche.
Je ne sais que dire, quoi remonter comme bug...
Il me semble que les deux entrées sont équivalentes en dehors du nom du module :

La principale différence est au niveau de l'extension du symvers dans /boot :

Mais ça marche sur mon PC, peut-être parce que je l'ai eu directement en installant la bêta 2, alors que là, c'est une mise à jour de la bêta 1.
Je regarde, cette remarque et je pense que le PC des enfants vient juste d'être mise à jour de Mageia 1 vers mageia 2. Je vérifie, le kernel 3.3 y est bien. Mais, il boote naturellement sur le kernel 2.6 : les liens du /boot et la config du menu.lst n'a pas été remise à jour lors de la migration !

Je répare le répertoire /boot en refaisant les liens... Ça s'arrête au démarrage :( Juste après la lecture des commandes du fichier grub :(
Je reprends l'ancien noyau et demande à mcc de mettre ce nouveau vmlinux dans ces choix : il se trompe en générant l'UUID pour le fichier menu.lst
Je corrige et ça marche !
