2) tel : paramètres/À propos du téléphone/Information sur le logiciel/appui 7 fois "sur numéro de version"
=> paramètres "option de développement" : débogage usb

      vérifier avec adb device

3) Chargement TWRP
 heimdall flash --RECOVERY twrp-3.3.1-0-hero2lte.img --no-reboot
=> reste dans l'état "Downloading . Do not turn off target"

long !  Appui sur  3 touches (avec touche DOWN) ==> c'est OK


4) install /e/

boot loader puis selectionner “Advanced”, “ADB Sideload”
sur le PC:
