Et si je clique sur Démarrer pour nut-server par ex, cette fois c'est fait. Mais il ne passe pas en "actif".

Soit ils ont démarré et se sont éteints car ils ont fini leurs taches, soit ils ont planté.
Soit ils n'ont pas démarré car une dépendance n'est pas valide (a démarré mais a planté par exemple).
La vue graphique ne donnera pas ce détail. Regarde avec systemctl

Par contre, en ouvrant le CCM, et en démarrant nut-server en cliquant sur le bouton, cette fois le serveur est actif.
Je suis toujours dans la situation du post 3 étages plus haut.
