Bonjour,

suite à la maj de mageia9, j'ai un souci sur un PC où kde plasma échoue au lancement. C'est bizarre car suite au redémarrage après installation tout semblait OK. Après redémarrage du PC ce matin, la fenêtre d'accueil de mageia est présente mais ensuite rien ne se passe même en attendant longtemps (je finis par arrêter la session avec Ctrl-Alt- <--, je change alors avec une session Icewm qui fonctionne pour tenter de comprendre). Cependant plasma fonctionne car avec un autre compte il est bien opérationnel. En utilisant la commande :

journalctl --user-unit plasma-plasmashell.service

J'obtiens :

J'ai trouvé une discussion qui semble correspondre à ton problème. Je n'ai pas creusé plus loin.
J'ai aussi les messages concernant kactivitymanagerd mais ils ne m'empêchent pas de démarrer Plasma ni d'utiliser les activités.

j'avais lu cette page, j'ai aussi essayé un truc lu ici : plasma-desktop-wont-properly-start-anymore-high-cpu-load qui enlève les fichiers de config lié à plasma :

cd ~/.config
for j in plasma*; do mv -- "$j" "${j%}.bak"; done
mv Trolltech.conf Trolltech.conf.bak
kbuildsycoca5 --noincremental

comme plasma se lance bien sur un autre compte, j'y ai crû mais non. Je continue de regarder la page mentionnée qui contient pas mal d'infos.

Bon, sur la même page qq suggère de détruire le répertoire ~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/ et ça marche !
