Cheese est fonctionnel chez moi sous xfce.
Le pc étant un Asus, j'ai encore du bidouiller pour avoir l'image a l'endroit, fait rapidement grâce aux informations disponibles sur le forum.

je viens d'essayer sur une machine installé de cet pm, chez un pote, ca marche (bureau plasma)
(precision: il a ete obligé de changer de port usb)

As-tu essayé de le lancer depuis une fenêtre de commande pour voir si des détails des erreurs apparaissent ?

Il faudrait regarder deux choses à mon avis:
- détection correcte de la webcam par le système ( un lsusb ( ou un lspci devrait permettre de voir si elle est déjà détectée)
- Est ce que la caméra fonctionne dans un autre programme ( vlc par exemple media -> ouvrir un périphérique de capture) ?
Si ces deux points fonctionnent, il faudrait voir ce que dit la sortie du programme lancé depuis une console ( peut être que pour une raison ou une autre il ne voit pas la caméra, ou n' arrive pas à lire le flux envoyé par la caméra ( codec video manquant ?))

/home/mga7/marc/ Non renommé mais je suis bien sous mga8.
(La partition racine de mga7 a été formatée suite à une petite maladresse lors de l'installation de la 8).
Et pour info au passage, Cheese fonctionnait bien sous mga7. Skype, Jitsi etc. aussi . . .

Si tu ne signales pas le problème dans un rapport de bogue, TMB ne saura pas qu'il y a un problème et qu'il faudrait y apporter une solution. Sion, la correction arrivera par hasard, ou pas.
