Pear (autre problème)

la communauté, J'ai un autre soucis avec pear, voici comment j'ai procédé sur la 64 bits :
1°) installation : - de curl
- de libcurl4
- de libcurl-devel
- de php-cli
2°) toujours en commande (non root cette fois)
Code BASH :
curl http://pear.php.net/go-pear.phar]http://pear.php.net/go-pear.phar | php
et la c'est le drame :
SECURITY ERROR: PHP_Archive::mapPhar can only be called from within the phar that initiates it
pourtant si pars la suite je tape pear j'ai bien l'aide de pear qui s'affiche.
Et sur la 32bit j'ai au 2°) unable to open phar for reading
Quelqu'un a le même soucis ?
