Graveur cd/dvd non reconnu

J'ai le même problème apparemment que Hamanotha.
Le lecteur graveur cd/dvd n'est pas reconnu dans le CCM et évidemment K3B ou Sound Juicer ou autre ne le trouvent pas. Quand je l'ouvre il se referme tout seul et si j'ai le temps d'insérer un dvd il n'est pas reconnu et n'apparaît nulle part dans nautilus ou sur le bureau.
J'ai installé Mageia1 avec le live-cd Gnome.
J'ai les mêmes carte video et son que lui, mais pour le lecteur, je sais juste que c'est la même marque. Plus difficile pour le modèle puisque le CCM ne me le trouve pas.
Là c'est un peu embêtant, comme bug.
Bon WE à tous, c'est samedi soir et je vais plutôt m'occuper de ma soirée festive.

en fait, si mon lecteur n'est pas reconnu dans "explorer le matériel" du CCM, il apparaît pourtant dans "disques locaux" de ce même CCM.
Là je peux lire :
Point de montage : /media/cdrom
Périphérique : hdc
Nom : TSSTcorpCD/DVDW SH-S182D
Type : auto
Options : umask=0,user,iocharset=utf8,noauto,ro
Si ça peut aider ...
PS : petit truc que je ne comprend pas bien. Le live-cd n'a pas l'air non plus de reconnaître le lecteur cd. Pourtant, au moment de lancer l'installation ou toute autre application qui nécessite qu'il cherche sur le cd, il faut bien qu'il sache où aller, non ?

Personne n'a la moindre idée d'un début de solution ? Hamanotha t'as toujours le problème ?

Le mieux serait que tu ouvres un topic à part car meme si vos problémes se ressemblent il se peut qu'ils n'en aient pas la meme cause . De plus vous n'utilisez apparement pas la meme version .
Pour l'entraide ça sera plus lisible donc plus efficace et donc plus de chances de réponses

Une petite contribution:
J'ai eu le problème de disparition du DVD pendant un moment, qui a disparu quand j'ai relancé la machine.
Autre problème qui semble sans rapport: j'ai relancé magéia de mon disque externe, et le réseau filaire a refusé de connecter. Ce n'était pas un simple retard : Il m'a fallu relancer la machine !
Donc je me demande si quelques actions du boot ne sont pas effacées par la rapidité du boot.
Il y a 2 ans il fallait mettre (en root) speedboot = no dans /etc/sysconfig/speedboot pour corriger ces problèmes .Speedboot a-t-il encore frappé

J'avais moi-même eu ce problème de speedboot avec Mandriva pour autre chose. mais dans le cas présent ça ne règle pas le problème. Après un rédémarrage sans le speedboot, lorsque j'ai ouvert mon lecteur, il n'a plus cessé de s'ouvrir et de se fermer en permanence jusque plusieurs secondes après un redémarrage de l'ordi. Maintenant ça a l'air de s'être calmé, mais la situation est la même qu'avec le speedboot.. Je laisse le speedboot désactivé parce que accessoirement ça m'a réglé un plantage systématique de plasma au démarrage.

je confirme que le cas du lecteur de DVD n'est pas lié au speedboot: l'absence du dvd s'est reproduit une fois alors que speedboot=no.
par contre le retard ou le non lancement du réseau , le retard d'activation de la souris, et la présence de kmix sont clairement lées à speedboot.

La solution trouvée pour cet appareil est dans le bios:
(de mémoire: je n'ai pas l'appareil à portée de main)
Une option du bios concernant la commande de le DVD semble en conflit avec les commandes linux !
la désactiver a été la solution.

Par contre, info supplémentaire, je viens de m'apercevoir que je peux monter manuellement le lecteur en console :
#mount /media/cdrom
et que je peux alors lire un cd de données.
Ca ne change rien au fait qu'il ne soit pas reconnu par les logiciel video ou autre.

oui sur l'ordi en question, il y avait 2 autres distributions et un win quine posaient pas de problèmes.
Les bios sont très diversifiés.
il faut fouiller dans le bios pour voir s'il propose des actions du bios pour le lecteur et les désactiver.

Est-ce que quelqu'un sait comment on peut installer ça ? Comme n'importe quel autre logiciel en tar.bz2 ? Ca m'étonnerait un peu, pour tout dire, et je ne suis pas chaud pour me lancer dans l'aventure. D'un autre côté, sans lecteurcd/dvd, je ne vais pas tarder à retourner (provisoirement bien sûr) sur une autre distro.
